The Company specializes in developing/owning and operating commercial real estate in the Oklahoma City area and surrounding communities. The inventory is comprised of self storages, shopping centers, car wash and land.

The Company began operations in 1976 specializing in commercial real estate brokerage. The Company expanded its’ services to include property management and leasing of multi- tenant warehouses and shopping center in 1981. It began offering real estate appraisals services in 1988.
